I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was the best, only a few steps away from the church. The staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was taken very seriously; the rooms were spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch - I loved my room with a balcony view of the hill.

The hotel is conveniently located only a short walk away from the main church and offers a tranquil setting with stunning views of the hill in the distance. The rooms are cozy and spotlessly clean, and the staff is always attentive and friendly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the food was delicious. The location was also perfect as it was just a short walk away from the main attractions and easy to get around.
During my stay at Christmas, the hotel seemed understaffed, and there was poor management of the available resources. The water pressure was extremely low, and the heating system in the room was not working properly, making the nights very cold. The decor also seemed dated and in need of refreshing. despite the good aspects, the hotel needs improvement for a more enjoyable stay.

The hotel was perfectly located just a few steps away from the most important church of the area, making it easy for us to attend the Christmas Eve masses. the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always willing to help us with anything we needed. the room was cozy and clean, and we loved the fact that we had a balcony with a great view of the surroundings.
The Wi-Fi connection wasn't strong enough in our room, so we had to go to the lobby to check our emails and social media updates. the options for breakfast and dinner were limited, especially for vegetarian and vegan guests like us.
